Welcome to internshiphouse.in the gateway of Scholiverse Educare Private Limited (henceforth referred to as the SEPL), which can be referred to as the "Site" or "internshiphouse" collectively. A legal agreement between you and SEPL is formed by these terms and conditions of use ("Terms"). By using this website, you agree to be covered by all terms, rules, and guidelines that are incorporated by reference as well as by these terms as stated here. The terms and conditions of any other agreement you may have with SEPL, its subsidiaries, or affiliates are unaffected by these Terms, which only relate to your use of this Site.In addition, you also certify and represent that, if you are using the Site on behalf of any entity, you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf and that, if these Terms are violated, the entity will hold SEPL harmless. Please do not use this site if you agree with these terms.

The term "Employer" or "Employers" as the situation may need refers to any person or organization wishing to utilize the site to post internships/jobs (henceforth referred to as the "Jobs") for themselves or for an organization they represent.

The term "Applicant" or "Applicants" relates to anyone wishing to utilize the site to apply to jobs advertised on Internshiphouse, depending on the situation.

Registration Data and Account Security

You understand and agree that, in exchange for using the Site, you will:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data").
  2. Keep the Registration Data and any other information you give to SEPL up to date, accurate, and complete.
  3. Protect the security of your identity and password.
  4. Consider full responsibility for all activities that take place under your account.
  5. Alert SEPL to any illegal use of your account or other security breach.
  6. Consider all risks of illegal access to the Registration Data and any other information you provide to SEPL.

Most Important Terms & Conditions for Employers

These terms are extra to the general terms and conditions published on the page that apply to all site users and that you must read. These terms are intended for employers. Any breach of these terms may lead to, among other things, the denial of an Employer's job for publication on Internshiphouse, the permanent blocking of their account, and the filing of relevant legal action by SEPL against them.

Job Posting Terms and Conditions
  1. You must confirm that you have permission to post jobs on behalf of your company. You assume full responsibility for any dispute or lawsuit resulting from your unapproved posting, and you release Internshiphouse and SEPL from any liability.
  2. You permit Internshiphouse to display your company's logo on our website alongside the job listing or in our client list if you upload it when advertising a job or creating/updating your company profile. You must make sure you have the proper authorization before allowing third parties to use and disseminate your organization's logo.
  3. To improve the exposure of the job listing, Internshiphouse retains the right to post the Employers' job listings in newspapers, on its social media accounts, and job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
  4. You have to give precise and comprehensive information about the company and the position. Any act of disinformation or concealing important facts could lead to the permanent blocking of your account or any other appropriate action that SEPL sees proper.
  5. For our first-time user authentication process, you could be required to provide documentation under the name of your business. This information will not be used in any other way and will only be used for authentication.
  6. You can also log in to your company's YouTube channel to finish the one-time authentication process. The YouTube Terms of Service will apply to this.
  7. For in-office internships, the minimum stipend need is Rs. 2000 per month; for work-from-home internships, it is Rs. 1000 per month. Two LPA is the minimal CTC requirement for a full-time job posting.
  8. Employers that are domestic (i.e., have their headquarters in India) are only permitted to publish one free internship or job advertising per month. By purchasing Internshiphouse's premium plan, domestic companies can publish an unlimited number of job/internship postings and gain access to all the premium services, which include a dedicated relationship manager. Employers from outside India, or those whose businesses are situated abroad, are able to register for our free trial and publish one free internship or job posting. International employers can access all of Internshiphouse's premium features, including a dedicated relationship manager, during the free trial. The first post is eligible for the free trial. Employers who purchase a plan that meets their needs can continue to take advantage of all the premium features and post a second listing and beyond.
Internshiphouse does NOT allow:
  1. Unpaid internships, with the exception of government organizations, nonprofits, and certain specialized fields (law, experimental physics, library science, etc.).
  2. Programs for training and other similar initiatives where applicants are required to pay an admission fee or a security deposit. It is expressly forbidden to charge applicants for jobs in any way, including test fees, security deposits, documentation fees, etc.
  3. Jobs/Internships for Modeling.
  4. Network Level Marketing (NLM) positions and internships require candidates or individuals to promote businesses using their personal social media profiles and personal relationships.
  5. Any job where there's a chance the applicant will smoke, drink alcohol, or encourage others to do the same, as most of our users are minors.
  6. Jobs on Internshiphouse cannot be posted by people or groups that support a specific religious personality, sect, or explicit religious material.
  7. Companies that advertise or deal in adult content, gambling, and other forbidden, unlawful, or inappropriate activities.
  8. Job posting via a third party. Only jobs for the company you directly work for may be posted. Only after receiving approval from the customer via email or authorization letters are recruiting firms or any other third-party agencies permitted to post jobs on behalf of their clients.
  9. Any job where the candidate may promote gambling or activities like rummy, poker, or other games that are inappropriate for those under the age of eighteen.
  10. Any chance to work as a freelancer.
  11. Employers should provide candidates with profiles other than the ones they have advertised.
  12. Employers should request that candidates open Demat accounts (for example, in order to apply for internships in finance) or assign any pre-selection tasks that require the creation of a Demat account.
  13. As part of the shortlisting process, organizations should assign applicants the responsibility of opening bank accounts on the organization's behalf.
  14. As part of the shortlisting process, employers should request that candidates sell or promote their goods or services.
  15. During the shortlisting phase, employers request personal documents from applicants, such as their PAN card and Aadhar.
Hiring Terms & Conditions:
  1. You must make sure that the information provided to applicants later on in the selection process (during the pre-interview, offer letter, etc.) does not materially alter from the job specifications that are posted on Internshiphouse. If there is a "negative" material difference (such the offered stipend being less than what was advertised), SEPL will take appropriate action against you.
  2. Any assignment(s) you issue applicants to gauge their fit for the position(s) should be reasonable and pertinent to the position's requirements. Any attempt to obtain work from applicants under the guise of an assessment, or to persuade them to download your app or generate downloads for it, or to obtain likes, shares, comments, or other interactions for your social media handles solely to obtain free publicity under the guise of an assignment, is strictly forbidden and will result in appropriate action being taken against you.
  3. All of your correspondence with applicants, whether via Internshiphouse Chat or another platform, needs to be polite and free of any rude material.
  4. Upon hiring an applicant or applicants, you must give them an offer letter that includes all the pertinent information about the job, including the position and responsibilities, compensation, and payment schedule, as well as your organization's full address and contact information.
  5. By the terms and conditions specified in the offer letter, you are required to promptly pay the promised compensation to the chosen applicants. It is expressly forbidden to withhold payment of compensation, and doing so will result in appropriate action being taken against you.
  6. Any concerns from applicants regarding your job that we may bring to your attention must be addressed by you within 72 working hours. Depending on the specifics of the complaint, failing to comply may lead to either a temporary or permanent suspension of your Internshiphouse account.
  7. You must notify Internshiphouse right away if you notice any questionable behavior, content, or activity on the platform by an applicant or any user so that appropriate action can be taken.
  8. Posting a job on Internshiphouse does not ensure hiring, even though we do our best to connect with the greatest talent in the nation.
  9. If an applicant's performance is deemed inadequate, Internshiphouse consistently advises businesses to terminate the internship or position within 15 days.
Applicant Data Usage Terms & Conditions:
  1. The information you obtain about applicants for your job may be used only for hiring purposes. It is completely forbidden to attempt to send the applicants any other correspondence (such as promotional content) or to use the data for any other purpose.
  2. It is forbidden for you to give the applicants' data to any other organization, whether it be for free or at a cost. Any such attempt will lead to the permanent blocking of your Internshiphouse account, as well as potential legal action against you and your organization.
Payment & Refund Terms & Conditions:
  1. All services provided by Internshiphouse must be paid for in advance, in full.
  2. If there is a refund, it will follow our refund policy.
  3. Regarding the timing or accuracy of the returns arriving at the Employers' bank accounts or cards, SEPL makes no assurances at all.
Fair Usage Policy:

Employers with Premium Plan subscriptions may submit up to 50 ads (a combination of jobs and internships) on Internshiphouse in 30 days, following Internshiphouse's Fair Usage Policy. If further listings are needed, the committed Relationship Managers may assess each situation individually.

Most Important Terms & Conditions for Applicants

These terms are additional to the other general terms and conditions published on the page that apply to all users of the site and that you must read. These terms are unique to applicants. Any infringement of these terms and conditions may lead to, among other things, the denial of an applicant's job application, the permanent blocking of their account, and the filing of appropriate legal action by SEPL against them.

  1. You have 72 hours to reply to any correspondence regarding your application that you may get from Internshiphouse or the employer if you applied for a job on the platform.
  2. After accepting a job offer, you have to do everything within your power to join and begin the job on schedule. It gives the Employer a very bad picture of you and undermines the integrity of the applicant community as a whole when you fail to show up, decline a previously accepted job offer at the last minute, or disappear. If you engage in such behavior, Internshiphouse will block your account and, if necessary, we will notify the authorities of your college.
  3. To avoid having your account blocked on Internshiphouse and having your college administration, if applicable, you must provide accurate and complete information when applying for jobs or creating an account. Any misrepresentation of information, hiding of material information, or impersonation will result in these actions.
  4. Before applying, you should carefully review all of the job's data, including the profile, location, compensation, and skills needed. Irrelevant applications may cost you money on your account; we might even block your account or prevent you from applying for jobs in the future.
  5. It is highly forbidden for you to give or sell Employers' data (contact information, etc.) to any other organization, whether it be for free or for a cost. If you make such an effort, Internshiphouse will permanently block your account and take legal action against you.
  6. You are expected to uphold the community's decorum and high standards of professionalism in your interactions with employers and other users. The Internshiphouse community is made up of sincere individuals who are known for these traits. Your interactions with other Internshiphouse users, whether via Internshiphouse Chat or not, must always be civil and free of offensive or obscene material.
  7. You acknowledge that you have read and comprehended the "Safety Tips for Applicants" part of these terms.
  8. Even though we work hard to give you accurate and trustworthy job information, mistakes might nevertheless happen. Hence, before beginning a job, you must do your own due diligence and study about an employer or organization and assume full responsibility for the same. Furthermore, you expressly and specifically agree to the "Disclaimers" portion of these Terms, having read and understood it.
  9. It is both your duty and obligation to report any questionable conduct, content, or behavior that you see on Internshiphouse by an Employer or another user so that appropriate action can be taken.
  10. While we work hard to provide you with the best job possibilities, Internshiphouse cannot guarantee that a student will land a job.
  11. Your phone number and email address will be automatically subscribed to receive email, Whatsapp, and SMS updates from Internshiphouse upon registration. You are free to decline at any moment.
  12. If your photo doesn't have a headshot or your likeness, Internshiphouse has the right to remove it. You can upload a new photo of yourself to make things right if we remove yours.
  13. By uploading your profile photo, you permit Internshiphouse to share it with potential employers and other relevant Internshiphouse platform users.

Safety Tips for Applicants

Our goal is to make sure that every user has a hassle-free and secure experience on Internshiphouse. As a result, we would like to inform applicants that the safety advice below is important for them.

Employers are NOT permitted by Internshiphouse to:
  1. Offer jobs without compensation unless the job posting specifically states otherwise.
  2. Offer programs that require applicants to pay a security deposit or an admission fee, such as post-training programs.
  3. Demand payment in any form from job applicants, such as a test fee, security deposit, documentation cost, etc. This is not permitted at all.
  4. Offer modeling positions at lesser-known businesses.
  5. Provide Network Level Marketing (NLM) positions and internships where candidates/individuals are required to use their personal social media accounts and connections to promote businesses.
  6. Provide any job where there is a chance that the applicant may smoke, drink, or encourage others to do the same, since most of our users are minors.
  7. Offer employment to people or groups who support specific religious figures, sects, or explicit religious themes.
  8. Offer jobs in establishments that deal with or promote gambling, porn, and other activities that are forbidden, unlawful, or improper for minors.
  9. Create a job listing for a third party. Only jobs posted by Employers for companies they directly work for may be posted. Recruitment firms and other third-party agencies are only permitted to post jobs on behalf of their clients once they have received approval from the Internshiphouse team.
Additionally, Employers must make sure that:
  1. At no point are applicants informed of job facts that alter materially from those posted on Internshiphouse; for example, applicants are not offered a stipend that is less than what was posted on Internshiphouse.
  2. Any assignment(s) they assign candidates to gauge their fit for the position(s) ought to be reasonable and pertinent to the job description. It is strictly forbidden to try to get applicants to complete work for free under the guise of an assessment or to force them to download or generate downloads for an app or to like, share, comment, etc. on the employer's social media handles to get free publicity under the guise of an assignment.
  3. Whether they communicate with applicants via Internshiphouse Chat or another platform, all of their correspondence must be professional and free of any offensive or obscene material.
  4. After they hire an applicant or applicants, they must give them an offer letter that includes all the pertinent job information (such as position and responsibilities, compensation, and payment schedule) as well as the employer's full address and contact information.
  5. They promptly pay the agreed-upon compensation to the chosen applicant or applicants in accordance with the terms and circumstances of the job as specified in the offer letter.

You must use the Help Center to report any instances you find of Employers breaking these rules to Internshiphouse so we may look into it and take the necessary action.

Rights to Website and Contents thereof

SEPL is the owner and administrator of this website. All content included or shown on this website, including text, graphics, data, moving and still photos, drawings, software, and their arrangement and selection (collectively, "Content"), is owned by SEPL. Every aspect of this website, such as the overall layout and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, moral rights, and other laws of the defense of intellectual property. No part or feature of this site or its content may be duplicated or retransmitted in any way unless expressly allowed by this or another signed license or agreement with SEPL. The exclusive ownership of all relevant rights will continue to belong to SEPL, its licensors, or its third-party image partners.

Using the Website

Users of internshiphouse.in, a division of SEPL, are the target audience for this site and its content. You are not allowed to use internshiphouse.in or its material for any purpose related to your business. Any usernames, passcodes, or other authorizations that may have been given by internshala.com on behalf of SEPL for the use of this Site may be instantly revoked if the Content, this Site, or any of its features are used for a purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. It is expressly forbidden for you to:

  1. Download, duplicate, or retransmit any portion of the Site or the Content without a written license from SEPL or in violation of such agreement.
  2. Registering, subscribing, unsubscribing, or attempting to register, subscribe any party for any content on the site if you are not expressly authorized by such party to do so.
  3. Using the Site or Content other than for its intended purpose.
  4. Using any data mining or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
  5. Manipulating or otherwise displaying the Site or the content by using framing, or similar navigational technology.

Such authorized usage can also be illegal under other laws, such as those about copyright and trademarks. The relevant communications statutes and regulations, as well as the rules governing publicity and privacy. You guarantee and indicate that you will abide by all applicable laws, including those about the internet, data, email, privacy, and the export of technical data from India or the nation in which you now reside.

Trademarks

Trademarks of SEPL and its suppliers or licensors include the SEPL and Internshiphouse logos, as well as any other product or service name or slogan included on the website. Every other trademark, Any product names, company names, or logos referenced on the Site, as well as registered trademarks, belong to their respective owners.

We do not support, sponsor, or recommend any goods, services, procedures, or other information just because it is mentioned by name, brand, manufacturer, supplier, or in any other way.

Indemnity

If you post, store, or otherwise transmit User Content on or through the Site, that you behave wrongly, that you use or are unable to use the Site, that you violate or are accused of violating any of the Site Terms or of any representation or warranty contained herein, that you use the Content without permission, or that you violate the rights of another, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SEPL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, third party information providers, and independent contractors against all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees!). In addition, you agree to hold SEPL, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensors harmless from any loss, expense, cost, or damage that any of them may suffer as a result of your violation of these terms or your illegal use of the Site or Content.

Termination

SEPL retains the right, in any way it chooses and without notification, to close your account and/or prevent you from using the Site, disregarding any of these Site Terms.

Changes to Site Terms

SEPL maintains the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to change any of the terms and conditions found in the site terms as well as any policy or guideline on the site. Any modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes if you keep using the site after they are posted. Every time you access the website, we urge you to read the Site Terms.

Chargeback

By starting the process of downloading content from the website, you or any other person expressly and unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions of the website and license agreement. A material condition of this agreement is your understanding that you will not be entitled to any chargebacks. Once you expressly agree to this, you will not be able to challenge or dispute it in any court case, adjudication, financial institution, bank, Internet banking service provider, or other legal proceeding. SEPL will not be made a party to any chargeback proceedings before any bank, financial institution, online banking service provider, or court, without affecting its right to defend its interest(s). Nor will SEPL be obligated to demonstrate that the transaction made using your credit, debit, or other card was authentic and lawful, or that SEPL actually gave you the downloaded content. Severance & Waiver

No action taken by SEPL shall be interpreted as a waiver or modification of any of these Terms absent an express written waiver or modification. If any of these terms are determined to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will all still be in full force and effect and will not be impacted. Without giving previous notice, we retain the right to modify these conditions, the information or license conditions provided on the Site, the Content shown on the Site, and any other information. The whole agreement between SEPL and you regarding your use of this Site is contained in these Terms. All rights not specifically stated above are reserved.

Jurisdiction

The laws of India will apply to all license contracts, usage, and disputes resulting from any action related to using this website, and the courts in Gurugram will have exclusive jurisdiction over these matters.
